Very interesting day.
We did a exercise using the causation model as a tool for the Challenger disaster and I am
very happy to see that as a group we are able to work together.
Whilst busy with tab 14 dealing with incident investigation and root cause analysis I became confused, because I was sure I wanted
to do tab2, but tab 14 was becoming very appealing.
The rest of today will consist of studying because
tomorrow is the big test and I'm aiming high!
